Fees and charges
The charges for issuing airline tickets, additional services, and other travel services
- The fee for issuing an airline ticket online is CZK 540; over the phone, in person, or by email is CZK 1 000.
- The payment by card for issuing a ticket is CZK 0 on Letuska.cz.
- The online check-in fee is CZK 250.
- The fee for additional services is 150 CZK, or 15%, which is already included in the offer price.
- Payment of benefits (When paying with benefits, you will be charged a handling fee of 5% or 7% of the benefits received. Any additional payment, including the handling fee, can be paid in cash, by bank transfer, or by card).
The cancellation fees for ticket refunds
- The cancellation fee is based on the terms of a specific airline ticket.
- ASIANA’s cancellation fee is CZK 2 500.
The amount is refunded to the client after the cancellation fee, according to the airline's tariff conditions, the ASIANA cancellation fee, the ticket issuance fee, and the handling fee, and, in case of payment using benefits, is deducted.
- For canceled flights, when the airline allows a full refund, ASIANA does not charge a cancellation fee. It charges only a basic administrative fee of CZK 500 to process the refund and issue a credit note. The service fee for issuing a ticket is non-refundable.
- Even if the carrier cancels the flight itself, the ticket price may include fees that the carrier does not refund.
Air ticket change fees
- The airline's fee is determined by the conditions of the specific air ticket.
- ASIANA’s fee is CZK 2 500.
If the ticket is changeable under the tariff, the fee is charged by the airline and ASIANA.
- For deferred tickets in the form of vouchers, tickets with new dates will be reissued at a reduced fee of CZK 350 per ticket. The fee also applies to the extension of the voucher.
The cancellation fees for additional services
ADDITIONAL TRAVEL SERVICES – The additional air ticket services a particular airline provides (seating, boarding, extra baggage, etc.).
Returnable additional services
- Service provider's cancellation fee.
- ASIANA’s cancellation fee is CZK 150.
The amount is refunded to the client without the cancellation fee, according to the Provider's terms and conditions, ASIANA's cancellation fee, service fee, and handling fee in the case of payment using benefits.
- ASIANA does not charge a cancellation fee for canceled additional travel services when the service provider allows a full refund. It charges only a basic administrative fee of CZK 350 to process the refund and issue a credit note. The service fee for issuing additional services is non-refundable.
The cancellation fees for other travel services
OTHER TRAVEL SERVICES – These are provided by ASIANA partners (travel insurance, airport parking, travel assistance, etc.) and ASIANA’s company visa service.
Returnable other travel services
- The service provider's cancellation fee.
- ASIANA’s cancellation fee is CZK 700.
The amount is refunded to the client without the cancellation fee, according to the Provider's terms and conditions, ASIANA's cancellation fee, service fee, and handling fee in the case of payment using benefits.
- In cases of cancellation of other travel services, where the service provider allows a full return, ASIANA does not charge a cancellation fee. It charges only a basic administrative fee of CZK 350 to process the refund and issue a credit note. The service fee for issuing other travel services is non-refundable.
Non-returnable other travel services
- The service cannot be returned.
This applies to airline tickets and travel services purchased on or after January 9, 2024.
